Order will ship within 3 business days of the order being placed

This 3 business day processing is in addition to selected shipping speed, accurate delivery dates should be displayed in checkout 

Any loss or damage via the carrier is not the responsibility of Herd Industries, and a claim will have to be made directly with the carrier from the customers end 

Any incorrect address input or failed delivery due to customer error, absence, or carrier mistake is not the responsibility of Herd Industries. But reach out to us at susandsloppy@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can do to help.
